6 months agoTim was truly everything I could have ever asked for in a realtor and more. As first-time homebuyers, my sister and I had no idea what to expect. Since our search lasted a full year, there were definitely moments when we felt overwhelmed and ready to give up. But Tim never let us lose hope. He stayed positive when we felt discouraged and constantly reminded us that the right home was out there waiting for us. From the beginning, he made the entire process feel manageable. He explained every step, answered every question (no matter how small), and made sure we felt confident in every decision. He was always prepared and incredibly knowledgeable. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he knew exactly how to get it. I never once felt like he was just trying to close a deal he genuinely wanted us to find the home we truly loved. “Never settle,” he would tell us, and he stood by that. There were countless times we felt like we were his only clients, thanks to how attentive and responsive he was. He made the entire experience both fun and comfortable, and we loved joking around with him during showings. After a year of house hunting, he didn’t just feel like our realtor he felt like a friend. Finding our home was one of the biggest accomplishments of our lives. It was everything we had worked toward for a year. As exciting as it was, it was also bittersweet because it meant we wouldn’t get to “bug” Tim anymore. Tim, thank you for believing in us, standing by us, and helping make one of our biggest dreams come true. I truly can’t thank you enough for caring about me and my family’s future as much as we do. 9 months agoThere are not enough words to express how top notch Tim is. My husband and I have purchased and sold several homes as well as commercial real estate and we will never work with anyone else. This last sale was one that was emotional for me. It was my mom’s home that needed to be sold rather quickly in order for the funds to be used for her long term care. Knowing how sensitive the timing and situation was, Tim stepped in and took care of everything. From light fixtures to multiple inspections and repairs, Tim went above and beyond his job description at every turn. He did it all with such patience, kindness and grace that really felt too good to be true. Not only is he a great human, but obviously he’s the best in his profession. He cut no corners and thanks to him, my mom will have the long term care she deserves. There is no doubt in my mind that Tim is the absolute top realtor in the industry. Highly highly recommend! 7 months agoI’ve had two transactions with Tim. One as a buyer, one as a seller. His vast experience leads to a relaxed, it’ll all work out experience. My real estate friend introduced me to him for an out of state agent since he is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. I found him personable, knowledgeable, fair and insightful. He respected my limits, wants and desires. My sales came through even though market conditions were tricky, but Tim worked away in the background and a sale was achieved. I thought he could’ve held more open houses (!), but that shows my limited understanding of how the marketing works . In the end, he was also very helpful to help “close the deal.” Tim’s a good guy!
