Here's why - Jaime listened carefully to our needs and wishes from the start, he quickly sourced homes that aligned with our needs, he put in tons of extra effort to record thorough video tours (we were house hunting from another state), he crafted a handful of offers that reflected our families vibes and once 'the offer' was accepted he carefully walked us through all the logistics and paperwork to ensure we understood and felt comfortable. Once the home was ours, Jaime continued to support us with collecting quotes, taking measurements and stocking the home with necessities so upon our arrival we could soak in the home and not need to run to the store. Jaime is a rockstar realtor and I'm thrilled for all his future clients moving forward! Thank you Jaime!!! :)

4 years agoJaime was amazing to work with—even remotely. When we moved to Portland from. California, we needed somebody we could trust and who was patient with us as we had a lot of questions. Jaime exceeded our needs and offered great advice, even when the first home we offered on turned out to be a lemon. He recommended a local lender we also highly approved of. He was extremely expedient with high quality inspections and was there to meet the inspectors and offer advice consistently. 5 stars!

5 years agoJaime was such a great agent! As a first time homebuyer, I wasn't sure what to expect each step of the process. Jaime coached me, educated me and even put up with me sending him numerous listings a day and sending him to look at listings without me as I was out of state. Jaime listened to what my needs were and managed my expectations in the most professional manner. He even found me the cutest diamond in the rough that I ended up getting for under asking! When closing came around, Jaime was able to get me into the home ASAP and stress free. He's made my first time buying a breeze and even left us a little something special on the day we took possession! I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family who are looking for an honest, friendly and hardworking realtor to either purchase or sell their home.

4 years agoIf you’re looking for a realtor who will give you space while you look around and then give you their undivided attention to help you land the perfect home at the best price for you, then go with Jaime Kenward for your real estate needs. Jaime really went above and beyond to land us in the perfect home! We were buying from out of state, creating the conditions for an already stressful process of buying a home to be 10x more stressful, but fortunately the entire experience was almost downright pleasurable and I attribute that entirely to Jaime’s grit and guiding hand. He went and videotaped tours for us, uncovered all the idiosyncrasies and dove deep to uncover the dynamics motivating all of the sellers. We got a house for below market value that checked off all of our wants and needs. And then, during the closing process, Jaime even went above and beyond, measuring our windows and getting is quoted from arborists and painters. We really couldn’t have asked for a better or more hardworking real estate agent. Thank you Jaime!!!

4 years agoJamie did a great job at finding me a home. He was readily available for showings and questions. When it came to closing time he was very diligent about getting contractors on site for bids. Would highly recommend!
