We were first time home buyers and we were understandably pretty nervous. From the first meeting with Jennifer, she put us at ease and explained everything thoroughly. She treated both of us as equal in every communication and ensured we both walked away feeling confident in what was happening. We had absolute confidence in Jennifer through every step of the process. She made sure we understood everything, that every i was dotted and t was crossed, that we received every response or bit of information we should have, etc. She went above and beyond what we expected from an Agent and the process. You truly cannot put your trust for this process in anyone better. We highly recommend Jennifer and would not hesitate to use her services again.

6 months agoI rarely post reviews, but working with Jennifer as our realtor to sell our investment property deserves 10 stars! She is driven by data (which I love), incredibly efficient, patient, honest & ethical, very professional and has a no fuss no muss attitude. She is well connected with subcontractors and I barely had to lift a finger with follow up. Her photographer is incredible, I trusted her to pay the money and stage the property (which was worth every penny in the end), she never said no to an open house and truly was available any time day or night (I live on the east coast) when I had a question. I also really appreciated Jennifer’s thought process and her ability to play devils advocate when negotiating to ensure I made the best rational decision while still respecting my bottom line. I’ve worked with several realtors and Jennifer is truly an expert in her craft and very knowledgeable about the marketplace. I would highly recommend Jennifer to sell your home - she’s fantastic!

4 months agoJennifer was so helpful finding us a home. My wife and I really had no idea what we needed to do when looking for a home. Her guidance helped us find something we were both happy with. That was the easy part, her help in placing offers and closing was even more appreciated. As well as finding contractors for whatever quotes we needed for repairs and upgrades. I couldn’t recommend Jennifer more it was such a pleasure working with her.
