2 months agoWould never recommend any property managed by this company. The worst and I’ve lived in many apartment complexes. They will make sure you don’t get your deposit back. Lack of communication, worst maintenance experience I’ve had. Glad I moved out. If you rent with them, make sure you replace all of your blinds, even if they are not damaged because one replacement of the blinds will cost as much as all of them in your unit. $237 to be exact for one blind replacement. Also, don’t bother to wash the carpet because even though I was told they wouldn’t deduct of my deposit if I washed it, they still took my money. I ended up owing them $28.41 on top of my $1500 deposit based on, 3 blinds, a door, carpet cleaning and some trim damaged that was already there when I moved in. Same with one of the blinds, the other one just had some bent pieces but not broken. According to them, that’s damaged even though they are over 10years old. Absolutely insane! Take them to small claims with all the evidence I need.

8 months agoIsrael, a maintenance technician from Legacy Property Management, was outstanding. He came out in the evening to replace my baseboard heater and was prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly from the moment he arrived. He did excellent work—quick, clean, and clearly done right. What really stood out was his consideration: he specifically mentioned he wanted to make sure I was taken care of because it was going to be cold tonight, and he meant it. It’s rare to get maintenance service that feels both efficient and caring. Israel made the whole experience easy and reassuring. Huge thanks to him and to Legacy Property Management for having someone like Israel on their team.

5 months agoDO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! My family of 3 moved from Arizona to these apartments and ended are lease the soonest we could. We were informed these were townhomes to arrive to a 1 bedroom upstairs apartment. Due to lack of communication with management. There was mold in the bathroom and roaches in the apartment. When brought to there attention we weren’t given an apology or any compensation. They asked us to pay MORE to leave with zero understanding of there mess up! We barely had trash in the time we were there and got charged 400$ in trash. They scam you off money. DO NOT RENT IF YOU ARENT SECTION 8 getting everything paid. Very very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

6 months agoThank you to Colby the maintenance guy that came out today and got my hot water working and also for informing me what need to be done to get better water pressure. Colby was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, very kind and professional. When I need maintenance to come out I will definitely be requesting Colby. Thank you Colby.

6 months agoDO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! We lived in their apartments 3 years and didn’t get ANY maintenance or inspection. A tree fell on our car TWICE. They switched to assigned parking randomly and gave one of our spots to someone else who works for their company. Our other spot I have about 10+ pictures of LEGACY VEHICLES parking in it. Their parking situation got so bad that I had a man banging on my door harassing us for parking in his spot temporarily (being that someone parked in mine), claiming he works for them! The apartment came with no screens, the front door handle fell of the first 4 months of us living there. This is just a small portion of the terrible experiences renting from them. Please do yourself a favor and rent from literally anyone else. You will not get your security deposit back and you will regret your choice down the line. They couldn’t even bother to respond to my mail requesting an itemized receipt of why they were keeping our whole deposit. Terrible apartments, terrible people, save yourself the grief.
