5 months agoWe have lived at Riverview Apartments for 3 years, so far. The price is less than what we found for the same amount of room in other apt complexes. The maintenance is responsive, most of the time. It's a good location, it feels like suburbia, but its close to everything and downtown Milwaukie is only a walkable mile away. It's relatively quiet here, and we don't see a lot of homeless folks. We like living here. We enjoy our Greenspace, though we wish management would plant more flowers or bushes that flower and are not prickly or poisonous to pets. So many perennials grow well here, in Oregon, but there are none to be found on our property. There is a place to walk dogs on leash in the backyard and baggies and trash bin are provided. We are thrilled they put in new washer and dryers as the old ones were getting pretty gross. We are also happy that the management decided to replace the sidewalks and put in water spigots to keep the grass green. They put in some masonry last fall that helps to keep winter rain water at bay at some of the apartments and it looks very pretty. They do landscaping to what is already planted, and did plant new grass last year, but nothing more which feels like a lost opportunity. We really like Karly, our leasing agent, who tries to help out in every way she is allowed. She is bubbly and sweet, and firm about the rules. We like that she is honest about what she can and cannot do. If we had close friends in the area, we would encourage them to live here.

6 months agoWe love living at Autumn Chase Apartments! Quiet. Friendly. Easy access to grocery stores and local businesses. Excellent management and maintenance services. We LOVE the covered parking, especially living in Oregon!

3 months agoI’m very happy with the interior but the exterior is horrible. The building number sign is cheap looking and useless for visitors. My porch is covered I dirt and bugs and cobwebs. I do not have the supplies or physical ability to maintain it. The trash dumpster is far too small for the amount of residents. It is overflowing all the time. There is no grass for children to play on. Plain and simple to outside is dumpy and I’m embarrassed to have guest over.

6 months agoMy time at fieldstone apartments in Salem has been amazing! I’ve lived here for a year, and as this is my first apartment, I genuinely have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I was initially a bit nervous about the location since it’s right off Sunnyview and this area isn’t always known as the best part of town, but I’ve honestly had no issues at all since moving in. The community has been very quiet, and I’ve had no problems with neighbors, which has made it a really comfortable place to live. Victoria, the property manager, has been extremely understanding and helpful with anything I’ve needed. She always responds quickly and makes sure any issues are handled and resolved in a timely manner. The same goes for her husband, who takes care of maintenance. He’s been reliable and efficient whenever anything needed attention. The property is also well maintained with weekly groundskeeping, which really shows in how clean and cared for everything looks. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my decision to live here and truly appreciate the management team for making my first apartment experience such a positive one.

2 years agoI’ve had a fantastic time at Emerald Heights these past months! The property managers are incredibly nice and attentive. Even after hours, the maintenance team promptly fixed my stuck door. Plus, my neighbors have all been friendly and respectful, making it a great community. Astoria is a wonderful place to live- it’s family friendly, with lots of kids playing outside when the weather permits. My apartment is clean, and thankfully, I haven’t encountered any pest issues. When I needed to update the lease, they made the process quick and hassle-free! It backs up to a forested area with lots of green grass for my pup to walk on. Highly recommend!
