8 years agoMade an appointment with them to get help on my utility bill, they not only paid my utility bill but also paid an extra amount of money so I don't have to worry about my bill for some time! Plus you can go every 6 months! I was in and out of there in 20 minutes! This is not the usual experience when you are getting help with these things. From what I understand you usually have to sit in the line of people for a couple hours and then finally meet with somebody just to find out you may or may not receive help. I feel blessed to have been sent to them instead of somewhere else!

7 years agoThis program is probably the most unreliable place I have ever encountered! I received rent assistance every month they paid extremely late witch then caused me to get a end of tendacy this program stated they would help me with moving costs but when it comes to the point of finding a place they do not contact you back it's very unfortunate this peprogr put my family in this position had me sign a contract and failed to stand by it when I did everything I was asked to do on my end
