I work with a apartment complex that works with this company and there was a law that has passed about paper application and my company has not provided any information on this. So I was following what I've always been told no paper application unless they have a reasonable accommodation. I got a call by a very rude agent about getting a paper application I tryed explaining that we dont do paper application and i have not been told other wise but she was very rude not understanding at all.

Our assessment specialist, Mitzle Penner, was friendly, knowlegable, and took care of business. She gave us many resources putting a bad situation into a hopeful one. She's definitely An asset to Northwest Pilot Project.

My mom is a recipient of case management from this organization. She is a senior, disabled, vulnerable and at imminent risk of homelessness. She has suffered a traumatic life experience this last year in which her quality of life has deteriorated and she is unable to advocate for herself. She has been struggling with mental stability and has been incapable of making logical choices in regards to her living situation and daily needs. She has been incapable cognitively with making rental payments and physically with cleaning her apartment to remove clutter. In October, we(her family) was made aware of this situation and have done everything we can to try and intervene despite being met with multiple systematic barriers. In late November she received a letter from her apartment management saying she needed to clean up the clutter or she would be evicted. Her apartment management sent the email over Thanksgiving week to her case manager at NWPP but we were not informed of this until it was too late. I am not sure if this happened because it was a holiday week or not but it was really detrimental that there was a lapse in communication during such a time sensitive period because now my mom is being evicted because of it. Stuff like this shouldn't be happening at this level and it is unfortunate that it did because my mother has been failed by the system and this organization when it mattered most. To some she may seem like a number, but she is a human being who is already struggling and now she is going to be homeless.

I wanted to say amazing things about this company as I've been with them for 2 years now. They placed me in temporary housing 2 years ago my case worker in the beginning was absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to help me. I was homeless and living in a tent and she got me out of that nightmare and placed me immediately in temporary housing where I've been since that day. After I was placed and settled she took another position and was no longer my caseworker. I was assigned another case worker that didn't do much of anything for me. She did however inform me that I was going to be very disappointed when I was in permanent housing compared to what I was living in right now. My third caseworker has been a very nice nice person but never informed me that I should be on government or federally funded subsidized housing lists right away Since I didn't know to do that, I didn't do that and now I have two weeks to find a place to live. The apartments they offered, and had to get on a waiting list were a little more than sketchy. There was a couple that were really okay and I felt safe there but the waiting list is still going as far back as 2024. I viewed a number of others and all I felt was completely unsafe . They had a colorful array of residents there some out of prison some were drug addicts some were just completely shady and scary. Not to say that I'm not grateful because I am. I have been very happy in my temporary housing and now I have to try to remake a home somewhere and I have two weeks to do it. I have no extra money nothing saved because I only make what I have on my SSI so I'm scared right now. they put me in a beautiful apartment where I've made for myself for 2 years and now I have to leave and I have nowhere to go. To say the least I'm very disappointed.
