5 months agoMike is absolutely amazing!!! I had a package returned because I had just moved into a house and my name wasn’t on the mailbox yet . I got a call after putting a request for help with the issue and he looked for my package so it wasn’t a big hassle for me to get it back and he found it and let me come in and get it! Super thankful for him making the time to help me out when they are already so busy

6 months agoWatched staff close the lobby at 6:45pm when access is supposed to be open until 7pm. Ignored the knocking at the door. If it was posted that the lobby was open till 6:45pm that would be one thing. If it was 5 minutes until 7pm that would even have been acceptable.

5 months agoBurned out in front of my house. Did a U-turn in the middle of the street almost hit me and didn’t deliver my mail, I asked why she said she didn’t needa reason needed. She doesn’t like me. I was not blocking the mailbox. There was plenty of tip face according to the rules of the post office.
