3 months agoI had the pleasure of having Balbl help me ship out 5 different packages. I have always had great service at this annex but today I left feeling so taken care off. Balbl put care and attention to each of my package, adding details to them that I know will mean alot to those receiving them. I also was shipping out a painting, and I appreciated the information I got regarding how they can package it for me to ensure it's safe delivery. It is hard to find places that feel community driven in their services, I feel very lucky to have this postal annex in my neighborhood. Additionally I love the comradery between the employees, the space I think feels welcoming because you can tell they really care about each other.

4 months agoI'm a mailbox holder here, and they've always helped me out by comping the late fees on my box, every single time. They also have always held my mail even when I was late to pick it up. That, to me, is excellent customer service. The store is pretty well stocked, and they have a good business model by including all the nice stationery and such. Much better run than other similar businesses in my experience. Some people complain about the "rudeness"-- look, yuppies...this is Portland. Dont take it personally, but here we dont have a culture of stroking every bougie ego that walks in the door. Personally, as a service worker myself, its a little refreshing to have workers able to act like an actual real, regular people rather than kowtowing "the customer is always right" line in fear of their jobs every moment. Yes, sometimes they've been a little curt with me from time to time, we all have tough days at work. And that's the thing, They're at work, working, and they do their jobs, that's what matters. Love you guys! Thanks for always having my back.

I was all stressed and flustered with a bunch of documents for immigration stuff and she was super reassuring and helped me sort everything out efficiently, even went above and beyond by helping organize my file. 10/10 service. 5 months agoThis is such a hidden gem and I love the staff here. Baibi & Amber are lovely! They are so so helpful, nice, fast, and they will take the time to find the best shipping deal for you. I couldn’t recommend it more and it’s such a refreshing change from the post office.
