Star Realty CLLC
2 months agoThis was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employee was extremely rude, argumentative, and unprofessional over something as insignificant as a small piece of tape needed to seal a small box. I’ve never experienced this kind of behavior at any mailbox, FedEx, or UPS store. When I mentioned that there might be a reason this location has 2 star reviews, she responded by saying other stores also have the same reviews instead of addressing her behavior. She remained defensive and continued arguing rather than providing basic customer service. It’s difficult to understand why an employee would create such a negative experience over something as minor as a piece of tape. As a business owner or manager, I would strongly encourage you to hire and train employees who prioritize professionalism and customer service instead of arguing with customers over trivial matters. This experience was completely unnecessary and left a very poor impression.

11 months agoYou have to pay a $1 for every usps mail package you drop off, there’s no proof of drop off ( which is normal) only place that gives receipts is at the actual post office. This is a sketchy place of establishment. Don’t trust your things here.

2 years agoDon’t ever drop off a package here even though it’s an access point. I also dropped off and it was never scanned by UPS. Pretty sure it was stolen someway or another. I dropped off two packages and one was scanned and one wasn’t. They tried to say it was UPS fault and not theirs but it’s all pretty suspicious. Stay away, drive to UPS/FedEx/USPS and do not use this place.

3 years agoI'll never drop off a package here again. They lost (or stole?) a $55 merchandise return: it was never even scanned by UPS, so I have zero recourse to file a claim or get reimbursed by the merchant. They "don't provide drop-off receipts"? Gee, that's fishy! Oh right...it's so they can abdicate all responsibility for lost packages. It's worth the drive to go to an actual USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

2 years agoApparently this establishment now charges you for simply dropping off packages - even if you already have paid for postage - under the guise of a "Storage Fee" new for the holidays. The fee is explicitly NOT a guarantee of service or delivery, and reading other reviews, it appears that even if one pays this fee, there is a high likelihood the package will not make it. This business appears to have serious problems if the operators must resort to unscrupulous fees to stay afloat. A business which does not support and respect the community does not itself deserve the support or respect of the community. I would advise others to do their packing and shipping business elsewhere.
