4 months agoI highly recommend Henry LeSueur. He has represented me for the past year in my ongoing high conflict custody case. I found Mr. LeSueur by word of mouth. I really consider it a blessing he accepted my case because he has done such a fine job. Every hearing we have had he has been extremely well prepared. In court, Mr. LeSueur presents as a very credible and experienced litigator. Throughout this whole time he has been accessible and stayed fully engaged in my case. I have never felt that a different attorney could conceivably do a better job. Everything has been top knotch.

4 months agoI paid $250 for a consultation with attorney Henry LeSueur regarding a serious family law matter. Before the consultation, he had already reviewed information about my case and appeared to have done some research. After the consultation, he told me he did not feel comfortable taking my case. What was most upsetting to me was that, despite reviewing the matter beforehand, I was still charged the consultation fee only to be told afterward that he would not represent me. When I asked him directly for the main reason, he said there was “a lot going on,” that he did not think we would be a good fit, and that we might eventually argue. He also referenced the fact that I had raised concern about paying the consultation fee. I understand attorneys are not required to take every case, but I believe potential clients should be screened more carefully before charging a consultation fee, especially when the attorney already has enough information to know whether the case is one they are willing to take. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience during an already stressful custody matter.

3 years agoI needed an attorney to help me obtain a restraining order and then to help me with a "high conflict" custody case that was filed shortly after the RO went into effect. Henry was empathetic, professional, and quickly adapted to the changing circumstances of the case. It took 2 1/2 years to fully resolve but my family couldn't have gotten a more excellent result. To put a cherry on top, because of his efficiency and advocacy through these delays, we obtained a significant attorneys fees award. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance in the family court system.
