a year agoAnother review of Ivan Culbertson. In the beginning he seemed intelligent, interested and on-top of things. This turned out to be the biggest lie. Throughout our time with him, he disappeared for weeks on end, one time for an entire month without explanation or forewarning, didn't reply to emails nor calls and never answered me when I asked why he disappeared. He constantly forgot to answer my questions in the emails I sent so I had to send repeated emails to get all of the questions answered. We did win a small victory in a hearing, but otherwise, I feel it was a wasted 5k.

Mr. Culbertson was attentive to the issues of my divorce and took me step by step through the process. His patience, time and effort helped me through a very difficult process. I am happy with the results of the divorce. I would definitely recommend Mr. Culbertson for men looking for representation during a divorce.

8 years agoMy initial meeting with Ivan Culbertson was great! He was without a doubt friendly, on time, & very thorough. I was in search of a lawyer that was bilingual and was very pleased to find Mr. Culbertson. My parents and I had one other meeting with him until we had to fork over 4K... we were not worried AT ALL. We left our sensitive case in the hands of Mr Culbertson. A couple months had passed and we weren't hearing back with information on our case. We completely understand that good lawyers are very busy on a day to day basis. However, we had no correspondence whatsoever for months, not from paralegals he claimed he had or from Mr Culbertson himself. Like any other person, I started to worry. I tired emails, letters, texts, voicemails, and even showing up at an office that he rented. 11. Eleven! Long months without being able to get ahold of him I decided to send in a complaint against him to the state of Washington. This is all I had to do in order to get a phone call from Mr Culbertson. Long story's short. If you'd like an incompetent lawyer who CANNOT get the work done. Please! Hire Mr Culbertson. I hope this helps! -AB

2 years agoContact from them is hard they bill you for the smallest things, he was super submissive with the judge and they will not fight for you. Dress codes for my lawyer was a joke he showed up to the court in shorts and flip flops. Go anywhere else but here. If you are trying to fight for custody find another lawyer they are a scam and a joke
