4 months agoWe selected Leia to be our realtor to sell our house because we knew she understood the specifics of our neighborhood and could articulate why the house, street and neighborhood were special. Through the staging and the write-up, she was able to convey why our house was worthy of a premium over similar comps. As a result, Leia obtained for us a buyer that truly wanted our house, street and neighborhood, was willing to pay a premium in an all cash deal that closed inside of 30 days!

4 months agoI recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first home and I can’t tell you enough how easy and smooth Paul Pattyn made it. Being that I had zero experience in the home buying process, I heavily leaned on Paul throughout the whole process. He helped guide me on everything from the vibe of the neighborhoods to checking the things that are “under the hood” in a home. He also ensured that I got enough bids for any/every thing I was curious about changing/updating. I actually started referring to him as my family’s Sherpa because he was so good at guiding me/us through every detail. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, personable and never felt like a salesperson in any way. He actually cares that you are happy with your purchase, more than just caring that you made a purchase. He also had great communication throughout and had an extensive list of contacts that were quite invaluable. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I can’t tell you enough how much I recommend him. 10/10.

8 months agoWe worked Paul Pattyn to buy our home in Arbor Lodge. The sellers realtor wasn’t a very good communicator so I was happy Paul was staying on top of the details. Paul ended up being a project manager to get all of the work done we needed to close. The house needed work before the bank would approve the financing so Paul lined up all the contractors to get the work completed in time for closing. As well Paul worked with the seller to reduce our cost of those repairs. Can’t say enough good things about Paul and his ability to help us get the house we wanted. Thanks Paul!
