10 months agoAmazing is all I can say. Sold house in 4 days and over asking. And this was October 2025 in a neutral market. She was able to identify unique aspects of the house and lot location which added value to the sales price. And importantly she has an amazing team that handled cleaning house, staging, window cleaners, handyman (to fix small issues), and contractors to submit competing repair cost found during inspection. And as an added bonus she was previously a lawyer and understands all documents and was a highly effective negotiator. Erin made the sale of our home as easy as possible using her great positive personality.
