4 months agoWe were on the fence regarding using a realtor or selling it to someone that purchases for cash. I had been receiving housing sale updates from Dave for a few months and decided we should meet him to discuss our home and sales prospect. At the end of the first face to face meeting we knew Dave was the right person to sell our home. Our house went on the market just before Thanksgiving 2025 and we accepted an offer in December. Dave was quick to communicate and respond to all of our questions; we truly feel he did an awesome job for us. My husband and I highly recommend Dave.

7 months agoDave is amazing and I cannot recommend him enough. My wife and I are a young couple and pretty inexperienced when it comes to buying and selling homes, so taking on the sale of our parents’ older house (which needed a lot of work) felt overwhelming from the start. On top of that, we live 3,000 miles away from the property. We really needed someone we could trust and Dave was exactly that person. From day one, he was patient, steady, and incredibly thorough. He walked us through every single step of the process and explained things in a way that actually made sense. He advised us like a family member would, always looking out for our best interest. Despite the age and condition of the house, Dave’s guidance and strategy led to us selling it for $50,000 over our asking price. What could have been a stressful, complicated situation turned into a smooth and successful experience because of him. 5 months agoDave was very engaged with us from the moment we first spoke to him all the way through closure. He was very effective at achieving our objectives with our purchase. He really exceeded our objectives in terms of cost, speed to information and speed to close. My wife and I intend to work with him in all of our real estate purchases moving forward. Character matters to me more than most other attributes and Dave models ideal character.

6 months agoDave was an absolute professional from the start. I began my move from Hawai’i, a complete outsider to Portland with little hope of being able to confidently buy a home in the city without having to wait a while to scope things out for myself. Not so, thanks to Dave! He picked me and my wife up from the airport when we first arrived to Portland, dutifully carted us around to any listing that even remotely spoke to us - and finally motivated us to make an offer on the home that was a PERFECT match for us. All the while treating us like long lost friends with whom we would be glad to have a cook out on the weekend. From that point on, the closing was handled remotely and Dave took care of EVERYTHING so that we were ready to move in on closing day. Thanks again, Dave! (Oh, and did I mention that Dave is a veteran who is familiar with the VA process - a huge plus as a veteran myself.)
