5 months agoParking is generally easy to find. The "Check-In" staff is super friendly & efficient. The Dermatology nurse was pleasant and friendly. And, Dr. Kilbur, the dermatologist is always attentive, friendly and informative. He is quick but I never feel rushed. He has such great skills and background, is a good listener and hears my concerns and answers my questions every single visit.

6 months agoI came for a scheduled physical therapy appointment and Sukhee was my therapist. This was my first time to meet her and be cared for by a physical therapist. She was super kind and helpful, very pleasant to do new things with. I was amazed to discover an entire gym with great equipment . Since being diagnosed with Parkinsons everyone I have met at Kaiser has been very helpful and kind.

6 months agoSaw the dermatologist for an exam of a suspicious mole on my jawline and two itchy bumps on my back. The doctor was very friendly and seemed to remember me from a visit 3 years previous. She commented on how my back rash had improved, and I felt she took a kindly interest in me. It all made me feel very good! She took a biopsy of the mole, reassuring me that she didn’t think it was cancerous, but that it would be examined in the lab. She did send me a personal message a week later, reporting that it was benign; that was appreciated. Her medical assistant that day was also very kind and gentle.

5 months agoDr Diaz at Kaiser Permanente is the best!! She deserves 20 stars! She has fixed my teeth, gave suggestions on my burning mouth syndrome, provided me with a special mouthwash and she is professional, kind, friendly and the best dentist I ever met. The rest of the staff at Kaiser has been amazing too!! I feel extremely grateful to them!!!

6 months agoI saw Dr Poothullil to have a stye lanced. The entire staff was professional and accommodating. Dr Poothullil did a great job of explaining the procedure, performing the proceeded and letting me know what to expect after. I highly recommend him!!
