5 years agoOver 5 years ago, I found myself in need of obtaining assets of an existing mental health company, which required delicate and intricate legal steps to complete. I had no idea how this was going to come together. Amber was able to walk me through the potential land mines, which required careful, step-by-step processes to create my new company. Since then, she has helped me with counsel on handling court sobpoenas, legal direction on employer/employee questions, education and implementation of compliance policies and even legal direction on future business ventures.
