7 months ago3/6/26 Edit: even though the garnishments could have been avoided all together if the person handling my paperwork didnât completely drop the ball on me - I now have to pay 33% of the garnishments to this Law Firm in order for them to recover the funds. Prior to this knowledge I still wouldnât have changed this review. If I had to do it all over again, there is not a chance I would use them again. The disorganization continued. I was continuously asked for the same documents that I had already sent over. More work and more headache when my end of the bargain continued to be upheld as it has been since day 1. Vancouver location. I submitted all paperwork and paid everything in full on November 22. Today is December 19th and I just had a garnishment on my paycheck for the first time and 6 days before Christmas. I called to find out what was going on with my case filing and there was nothing showing on their side that I had submitted my payment in full to them. They told me I had to pay them before they can continue and I had to repeat myself that I have paid in full. I had to go in my email and screenshot the proof of payment. This unorganized handling or âbacked up processing since you submitted your payment right before Thanksgivingâ (what does that have anything to do with anything??) has me feeling very uneasy about continuing business with this law firm. The case manager even giggled a few times explaining this to me. I had to tell her, âI donât find this funny.â Maybe itâs nervous laughter but I canât excuse that - Iâm not trying to return a shirt to a retail store past the return window. This is my life and a very real and scary period of my life. This isnât funny in the slightest. Edit: I also emailed my case manager the day I paid in full to let her know that I was all paid up!! I had my initial phone call appointment and thatâs it. No phone calls made to me and no updates on filing. Iâm not a person it feels like. Iâm some number lost in the sea of their other numbers or dollar signs. Itâs hard not to feel this way. Can they turn it around? Yes. But right now the trust isnât there. And now it Christmas time and I canât even talk to anyone for another two weeks and MAYBE my case can be filed in January. Maybe. This isnât ok. None of this is ok. Now I am going to have 3-4 more garnishments when this should have never taken this long in the first place.

a year agoExcellent at what there doing- i found them at the last minute! Even without all my information being organized and two other attorneys telling me there was not enough time rex and april at the n.e. salem location somehow got what was needed filed the next day. They were easy to work with not judgemental or uncaring about my situation, litterally life savers! Much thanks to all who went out of there wat to help me that day.

It was a very scary process, but they walked me through the whole process and they were in the courtroom when I had to go in front of the judge. They helped me follow the 5 year plan and, because of their support I was able to stay on the plan without having to make any modifications. I am now 2 years post bankruptcy and am managing my money without having any worries. OlsenDaines gave me my life back.
