6 years agoOver the last 3 years our office has used Jerin Harper to appraise homes for our clients going through legal matters. He is always quick to respond, tentative to our client's needs and works with our schedules and court deadlines. Our clients have always provided us with positive feed back after working with Jerin, indicating he was easy to get a hold of and worked with their availability. We used his services for an appraisal on a commeercial building and he was able to send it in quickly which helped us make some important decisions. He is very approachable and we felt comfortable asking questions and he did a great job explaining the answers in detail. He is personable and we will use his services again. Would reccomend Jerin as an appraiser.
