In addition to Susan's assistance with this makeover she has been a really asume manager, addressing issues quickly and she is one of the best managers I have encountered in my time as a renter. I highly recommend Bluestone Real Estate and the complex, Village Monroe as a choice for those thinking about renting.

Wow he went to all extreme measures to help me move in smooth and quickly, I was struggling to make it work and he just came in help me threw and threw, I’m emotional over the fact that there are STILL good people out there! 3 months agoI called the individual who was listed on this site as the contact person Brian. I ID'd myself as a lawyer in the area. I did ask if anyone in the firm had been connected with the current administration. Someone in the hotel development community in Oregon was. Brian told me no. Ok then I tried to tell him I needed a real estate consultant for a hotel project on the coast. He told me he did not understand. I left the conversation because we were not communicating. He called me back but when I told him more information about the project I also communicated that I would not work with him. I asked him to direct me to another person on their team. He would not..he will say "I just needed more information." Brian is I am sure a very accomplished person. I just did not want to work with him.

7 months agoMy only interaction with Bluestone so far has been receiving a certified letter stating that our annual HOA fee was overdue. We moved in after the new year last year, and while it’s possible the fee was mentioned at some point, I don’t recall receiving any prior communication about it. The first notice I received was labeled as a “courtesy” letter, but it arrived after the due date had already passed, along with late fees and interest. I understand that the fee was ultimately my responsibility, but the timing of the notice was surprising. The association has my mailing address, email, phone number, and I also have autopay set up, so I expected some form of reminder before penalties were applied. Receiving the first communication only after additional charges had accrued was frustrating and felt avoidable. I will pay the balance (minus the added fees) and set up an annual autopay now that I'm informed, but I hope any future notices are sent earlier so homeowners have a fair chance to address dues before penalties are added.
