a month agoMy fiancé and I had a wonderful experience buying our 1st home through the Mahaffy Group at Windermere! We worked with Julia Monson as our realtor and she was absolutely fabulous! She was very flexible and accommodating to us, even starting our first house tours within a week of meeting her and going fairly far out of their usual location range. Julia was so communicative and informative, answering any question we had, even the silly ones. Julia also was a great advocate for us throughout the whole process, asking questions to the inspector or title company that we didn't even think to ask, and handling so much of the work in the background. It was really such a smooth process working with her and the team, and in little over a month, we were in our dream home! Huge thank you to Julia and her team at Mahaffy, we definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a home!

6 months agoOur realtor, Nick Swann, with the Mahaffy Group was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond our expectations. He met with my spouse and I to go over who the Mahaffy group is, their values and to map out what the home buying process looks like. He also shared more about his approach as a realtor, how we all three could work together and his ethics as a realtor. This gave us a great first impression and made us feel more comfortable about the home buying process as well as working with him as a realtor. We really enjoyed the working relationship with Nick, he included us in the process every step of the way, he was a fierce advocate on our behalf and truly listened to our hopes concerns and must haves in a home. My spouse and I appreciated Nick’s attentiveness to detail, determination and his consistent communication throughout the entirety of the home buying process. We appreciated working with his colleague, Dan, as well as the Mahaffy Group. My spouse and I highly recommend working with Nick as a realtor, thank you again!

4 months agoWe worked with Sue Sullivan (and the larger Mahaffy Group) to buy our first home in NW Portland. Sue was AMAZING. She was so patient and thorough when walking us through the entire process, which was entirely new to us. We felt incredibly well taken care of and couldn't have asked for a better advocate. Sue also sold another family home for us, so we've now had experience with both buying and selling with the Mahaffy Group and both were as smooth as anything in real estate can possibly be.

3 months agoI have worked with Sue Sullivan, with Matt Mahaffy in a supporting role, for 3 real estate transactions. The complicated sale of my Mother’s home after her sudden death (a total dramatic mess her and her team had to walk into my first time working with her), again for my own home purchase after dragging them around to 38 properties before I found the right one (with never a hint of fatigue or annoyance) and the also complicated sale of a rental property that threw problems at us over and over and OVER again. I have dragged Sue through the wringer, both buying and selling, so I can say 100% without a doubt she is THE best realtor you could ask for. She is exhaustingly thorough, making sure I got everything I could in the purchase of my home, and as thorough in the sale – she was still trying to make sure we were sending off my sold home to the buyer in the best condition we could, right up until the last minute, even when I was the one so totally done with the transaction. Her ethics are pristine on both buying and selling sides, because she cares deeply and knows that those details get carried with you. An exceptional human. I referred her to 2 friends buying their first homes who also raved of their experience. I bought my first home with a different realtor, so I also have the data of experience with other realtors and WOW she is top tier in comparison. Please, give her a call.
