a year agoIt's been 4 years since I've rented from Century 21 and had no intention of leaving a review, but for some reason I started getting automated emails 4 years later. After unsubscribing a couple times and still receiving these "leave a review" emails, I decided they must really want my opinion, so here it is. C21 managed a private property that I'd rented for 2 years. I had nothing but positive things to say up until I'd moved out. I'm assuming C21 went through their standard assessment - contract with a company to assess damage, clean, repair. The contractor provided "turnover cleaning" and two "extra cleanings - windows, sills, sliding door". I forwarded all of my move-out photos and asked for clarification as I had made sure I was thorough when I'd left. I told them I wasn't expecting that amount to change, I just wanted an acknowledgement of my concern. I reached out via email three times to multiple people in the office who were communicating the day prior and never received a response. It was underwhelming to say the least, but I got over it...until their review-soliciting system reminded me over and over.

2 years agoMom and I appreciate all that you do. We know when the renter has a complaint you are good at letting us know and taking care of it. I hope that you at least go by the houses once in awhile and see if there is something they aren't complaining about. When the Henry house was empty and we were working on it to get it ready for new renters I noticed the back gutter was hanging off. That was something they didn't complain about but should have been addressed. But overall mom and I have been very happy with the years of service you have given us. Thank you

2 years agoI have leased two properties through Century 21 Northstar Property Management. I specifically stayed with C21 when moving homes because they are the best property management company I've ever dealt with. Mariah Welka has consistently been professional, responsive, friendly, and fair. She has quickly addressed any issues or questions. Maintenance issues have been promptly addressed and resolved by Karen, another stellar member of this team. This team does a fantastic job of communicating and ensuring the tenant is taken care of. I highly recommend leasing through C21 Northstar.

a year agoI've done 6 deals in 10 years with this agency as my brokers. In contract on a 7th and probably will do one more by the end of the year. Always good, friendly, competent and fast service with them. I highly recommend them.
