9 months agoI would strongly advise against using their services, particularly Walter Clarke! My family is going on 2 years of a not particularly complex estate settlement and we have been waiting 10 months for them to finish the accounting in order for us to receive settlements. They are very concerned about protecting the trustee who has likely stolen money from the trust, but not in serving the family who's Trust they are overseeing. I don't think they are trustworthy at all!

5 years agoI took a case to them as my sister had stolen my mother's money. They stated that I would be able to rely on them to determine if I had a valid case. Several weeks after I investigated this I brought bank account information to them showing my sister transferred all of my mother's Oregon accounts to Florida through online transactions. I gave the documents to an attorney in this firm. After paying them thousands of dollars they stated that I didn't have a case. I checked the accounts and found that my sister was receiving required minimum distributions from my mother's IRA. Distributions start at 70 years. My sister was 40. When I brought it to their attention they said I didn't have to pay the additional billed to me after I paid them over $5,000 in fees. They did not refund my money even though they missed the most important clue in the case. I paid for all the investigations. I got nothing from them but a bill
