4 months agoIf you’re trying to get something done under a timeline I wouldn’t even consider using Kelly Rupp. I understand that things come up and delays happen, and when they do you communicate the situation and reframe the timeline. Rupp would blow through timelines without a single word, my ex and I both asking for updates, setting new timelines just to have them blown again. We were supposed to file shortly after the new year, the filing happened in April. Our divorce was amicable so it should have been a slam dunk. Highly recommend finding someone else, terrible communicator, scattered, forgetful, unorganized, had a hard time understanding straightforward divisions of assets, continuously made mistakes on the paperwork that held up filing. Not a good experience for me or my ex. Divorce is hard enough we didn’t need the added stress…..You should find someone else to help you through the

12 months agoShe ignored me for 2 weeks called me at last minute and made it sound like my fault that she was behind. I called several times in that 2 weeks and got that in return. She also told me it would only cost $4,000 if we didn't go to court. And I got a 2,500 bill after the case was settled. No court. But got charged anyways. She is hard to get ahold of and rude. We are going through divorce and trying to use this attorney for legal representation. She is not on the ball. Acts like she's overworked. And that I was a problem the whole time. When I was just looking for explanations. She acts like this is a job and has no care for her clients. Acts like I was a burden on her and charged me $2500 more than she said she would

She is a fantastic lawyer, but also kind, compassionate and generous. Kelly is flexible and creative, using logic as much as the law to resolve issues. Another benefit that Kelly provided was her willingness to collaborate with other professionals and attorneys to help me.
