a month agoHad a scheduled call this morning. The phone rang one time and they hung up and marked me as a no show. Another great example of how the VA employees don’t care to help us!

9 months agoThis place doesn't care about mental health for Veterans at all. Immigration has said I must have health insurance for my wife before she comes to America and they couldn't give me any information on getting her health insurance. So don't believe it when they say they care about your mental health. It's all just talk!

2 years agoEven with the 5 stars experience, the only flaws for me is the processing of disability claims taking well over "3 years" of my continuous fighting with the VA to receive my service-connected disability awarded compensation! My Dad and 6 of his son's including myself served this country only to be met with negative actions that has held my claim up for well over (6) years? I'm simply seeking what is rightfully my already awarded service-connected compensation of $97,612.72!!! The U.S. Codes and the U.S. Regulations is favorable to me, the Veteran, in its plain language and meaning!

7 years agoWell, once through the metal detector and past the not so inviting front desk I was able to see a person about my situation. He gave me great information and what my best steps are. I highly recommend getting a representative if you are try for disability. They are free to veterans and will fight for your case. My case is unique and hopefully it will get resolved. The guy at the front desk still didn't understand or know that I got all my questions answered. He played it off thinking he knew everything and that this was all my fault. Dude, you made me laugh so much. Thanks!

2 years agoI'm a totally disabled service connected veteran, and have always had excellent experiences with dealing with this regional office. To any Portland area veteran in need of assistance, I highly recommend the dedicated professionals who operate out of this location.
