5 months agoBen does not appear to be working in the best interest of children. He appears to be working in the best interest of his relations within the court system. It is atrocious that he is allowed to represent children in such serious matters.

a year agoI was not looking forward to working with an attorney because my last experience was horrible. I was extremely surprised and relieved to immediately discover that working with Ben Evans was nothing like what I had experienced before. Ben is very kind and sensitive to painful emotional matters. He is very responsive, professional and asks great questions to ensure understanding to provide thorough legal feedback. Ben has made a very difficult and sad situation more bearable which I am so very thankful for. I highly recommend him!

2 years agoI first met Ben Evans in 2014; he was my divorce attorney. I’m certain that all divorces are terrible. Mine was terrible for a multitude of reasons. I am a Mama to special needs children who were also involved. This aDDs another layer of trauma and pain. However, this also necessitates engaging a family law attorney who possesses a higher level of specificity, knowledge, and emotional intelligence. My divorce wasn’t the only one that Ben was handling at that time, but he made me feel that way. I have recommended Ben Evans to other friends who have needed to go through the divorce process and they have all been very happy to have his support. Make note - this will not be inexpensive, and I’m so sorry for that. It is not the way the world should work. But, being 10 years out at this point, and knowing hindsight is 20/20, I would strongly recommend engaging a family attorney (like Ben Evans) if you are headed into a divorce. And hang in there. You got this!

2 years agoMr. Evans is a top-notch attorney who provides outstanding service and value. He has a kind and professional demeanor that won't make you feel ignorant or insignificant. I worked with other attorneys who sometimes made me feel uncomfortable, or were dismissive of my problem, but I never felt that way about Mr. Evans. I highly recommend you work with him for your family law matters. He patiently listened to my situation and offered practical advice. I was a little doubtful about his suggestion for my situation, but I put aside my pride and ego and agreed to his advice. It was spot-on and improved my life dramatically! Mr. Evans knows the law and what judges expect from clients who appear in court. I think this is an important lesson for anyone seeking legal advice, or for anyone reading this review: Trust what an expert in the field recommends, even if it might not seem like it will work. If I hadn't listened to what he suggested, and actually followed his advice, I would be much poorer and much more unhappy than before. He also helped mend the rift my daughter was having with me... just by following his knowledgeable and informed advice. For this alone I am incredibly grateful. The positive benefit this man has made on my life, and my daughter's life, is immeasurable. Ten stars!!!
