a year agoSTAY AWAY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would leave zero Stars if I could... This firm strung me along for months with virtually zero communication. I had to chase them repeatedly, sometimes waiting over three months at a time without a single update. When I finally pushed back and threatened to file a complaint, I magically received a stack of bills the very next day — and suddenly they started talking again. That “communication” lasted only long enough for the attorney to show me a draft letter he said would go out “tomorrow.” That letter was never sent. After that, silence. They ignored every single one of my follow-up emails. When I asked if they were just waiting for the statute of limitations to hit me in the face (less than two months away now), the attorney accused me of being “rude” and dropped my case altogether. At intake, I was told my case was strong and worth six figures. I was fired, replaced by a man with a giant swastika tattoo, while my paycheck was withheld. And yet this firm slowly whittled my case down to “nothing” through avoidance and delay. They hid behind a legal assistant, refused to communicate directly, and strung me along until they had wasted nearly all of my time. This isn’t just my story. Other reviews describe the same thing: months of no communication, cases reduced to nothing, and clients left hanging until they go elsewhere and get results. This firm wasted my time, jeopardized my case, retaliated when I held them accountable, and ultimately abandoned me when it mattered most. If you value your rights or your dignity, find literally any other attorney.

a year agoI reached out to Employment Law Professionals NW after doing my own research and submitted a consultation request. Unfortunately, their system had issues and my form initially came through as only a “contact me” message, so I had to submit the consultation request twice. When I was finally contacted, I received very little information about what to expect from the consultation. Before paying the $175 consultation fee, I asked the front desk whether they could confirm if the firm had the resources and capacity to take on a case like mine. I wanted to avoid wasting both my time and money with a firm that wasn’t equipped to help. The front desk staff told me, “I wouldn’t be able to answer that question, our attorneys would be able to do that,” and when I asked if they could at least pass my information along to someone who could answer, they said they would get back to me via email. Instead of receiving clarity or professionalism, I received a very curt and dismissive email from Ivon that read: “Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with your matter. Have a great day.” This response felt completely unprofessional, dismissive, and gave me the impression the firm is not truly interested in helping prospective clients. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Employment Law Professionals NW. They showed no respect for my time, provided no transparency about their process, and ultimately left me with the impression they were not serious about assisting people in need of legal support.

2 years agoAndrew Mittendorf helped me with my unemployment appeal. He listened carefully and took time to explain possible outcomes, as well as what to expect during the process. I felt very confident that he knew my case well and was prepared for the hearing. I was VERY happy with the outcome. I really appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend him and his firm.

3 months agoAvoid at all costs. The fact that they can’t keep their lawyers or staff is telling. Extremely shady billing. A huge waste of time and money and stress. Believe the bad reviews.

I was represented by Andrew, and he did an outstanding job preparing my case from start to finish. His communication with me from the start was exceptional..I know I can be a hard person to communicate with! It was also very encouraging to have Randy sit in on our first strategy meeting.
