They asked for some trust documents and information. My mother had passed, and it was a very stressful and difficult time for me. They were nice, at first. I told them I didn't want to waste my time, since I am disabled, and had to get to the Library scanner, as I have no computer. I explained the situation, in depth. They said they could help me. I go to scan my documents. There was no reply for 5 days. I reached out alittle more assertively on the 5th day, and the girl seemed angry and said they didn't want the case. She said to go to the Bar Association. After making me feel like she was really interested. She emailed me. She would give me no information as to why, or if the attorney, Josh Ross even LOOKED at the documents. I had pushed her and said I'd been waiting FIVE DAYS for a reply. The day before I politely emailed her, asking if they'd looked at it yet. So I feel as if she was just angry.
They seem flaky, moody, and unprofessional, and I feel as if I wasted my time. I would avoid this Firm, at all costs.
And I'd like the documents shredded, and evidence of that. I don't even want them having possession of them, at this point. I will call another attorney and have them MAKE SURE this is done. It is my right to ask to get the documents shredded.
What a terrible way to treat people. I guess the girl didn't smell enough money. I have no trouble paying the right people.
