6 months agoI just went to get a Manager's Special ($85 service focused on interior cleaning) and my car is still dirty. When I arrived at 5:10 they had mentioned that they still needed to check to see if they were doing this service for the day. I told them that I would be happy to come back because I didn't want them to rush and I felt bad even though they were 2 hours out from close. They assured me it would be fine and I went inside to pay. The person at the register complained that they shouldn't have accepted it because they needed to go home for the day. They were short and frustrated with me throughout the interaction. I paid, sat down, and the cashier left and locked all the doors while I was inside. About 30 minutes later at 5:45 they said my car was finished which I thought was strange, as I have gotten this service multiple times before and it usually takes about an hour or more. They had me sign before getting to my vehicle and walked away as I was opening my door. Looking in at first, it looked fine, although I should have checked my car before driving away. When I got home I noticed that there was dirt and dog hair under the leather cleaner, the cupholders were not fully cleaned, and both the center console and glove box was never opened. It was also apparent that they vacuumed around the mats without lifting them up. I have had great experiences in the past, but after this I will look for another option for an interior clean as pricey as this one.

6 months agoCan’t give a 5 star here, unfortunately. I had a Manager’s Special certificate for a detail and showed up in the morning when it wasn’t busy. Was surprised at how quickly I was called to collect my vehicle…and realized why when I looked it over. Easy to see where the limited effort occurred, since an Armor All or like product was used. I asked the attendant if he wiped down the sunroof glass…he grabbed a rag and did a 5 second wipe. See pic of cup holder area. Had to get going, so couldn’t raise more of a stink with him. But they do have the request to leave a rating at the cashier…so here it is!

3 weeks agoI brought my car here and paid the for the #11 ($267) to have it fully cleaned and detailed inside and out. The following day I brought it back due to the bare minimum being done and received the same service again hoping to be satisfied but that was not the case. After the second clean I showed up to pick up the care and immediately noticed the same exact spot it was in when I first dropped it off and pointed it out after bringing it back again. I asked for a rag a physically stubbed the dirt off in between my seat as they watched. If you’re looking for your moneys worth for a nice detailing do NOT come here.

5 months agoI don’t recommend this place. I paid $149 for the detailing, and it was not worth it. They seem to lack proper tools and experience, and the job felt rushed. Many areas were left dusty and not properly cleaned. Customer service was also poor, which made the overall experience disappointing. Look for a professional car detailing business if you want a thorough cleaning job.

3 months agoWe paid 39 dollars for a full interior and exterior clean and vacuum. Instead of completing the bare minimum, they broke my wife’s lanyard that had her keys on it (discontinued and sentimental lanyard btw) and left the entire trunk and the space in between the trunk door’s rubber seal and rear window completely filthy, and I mean untouched. If you want a clean car and your belongings intact, either find a different place or do this stuff yourself. These people aren’t worth their cheapest service.
