11 months agoAbsolutely appalled by the lack of help we've received. We had to wait 5 whole years after the accident we were in for the settlement. Extremely frustrating. I suggest that if you're looking for a lawyer, search somewhere else. Not only were they unreachable by phone and didn't return calls, but the lack of compassion and understanding showed me that they did not care for anything other than the amount of money they'd get out of the case.

When I was trying to decide if I would retain his services, some of the questions I asked included whether or not he would be available to me, personally, every time I called to talk with him or if I was going to be pushed off to somebody else. He guaranteed me that he would be working directly with me and be available when I called. His word was true! In addition to that, he was very professional and was able to achieve exactly what I requested as an outcome for my claim! I would never hesitate to work with George again. He heard my concerns, validated my experiences and told me what I could realistically expect out of my situation. While it wasn't exactly what I hoped - that was out of his control. George was outstanding in his communication methods and kept me in the loop best that he and his paralegals could.
