There were some setbacks in our process with the government, and he stood by our side and provided us outstanding advice and support through it all. We found him to be incredibly knowledgeable on immigration. And not just book smart, but street smart: anybody can fill out forms, but he also knew all the subtle details of what to expect at every stage of the process, how to put our best foot forward, how to organize our information to make it easier on the immigration officers, etc. He’s an amazing resource. We also appreciated his honesty: he always gave it to us straight, no sugar coating, even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear.
