3 months agoAdam puts people first. He always tries to understand the big picture, is methodical in his thinking and is phenomenal about keeping perspective on everything. If you feel exhausted or defeated and can't see through the weeds of corporate America or the legal system his experience is there to help walk you through it. He may not have the initial after his name but he was so much more helpful than my attorney with regard to understanding my position when the battle with insurance lasted more than 2 years. He will do what he can to help you get on your feet without selling your soul to the insurance company . He is humble, knows what he is doing, and has the keen ability of remembering our humanness

5 months agoI had some trouble with my insurance claim for a pipe burst that saturated my entire house. The repairs were over $150k. The insurance company barely gave me half and what was after 2 different appraisals. When I reached out to Adam, he quickly reviewed the case and was CONFIDENT that he could help me. I was hoping for anything more than what I originally received and he was able to get me everything back. It was not a stressful process at all. He doesn't get paid unless I get paid and there was a great amount of peace I had in that. I highly recommend him. I am really really pleased that I was able to find him!

a month agoI called up Adam for help regarding my water loss situation. Unsure if he actually reviewed documents I sent him, he quickly told me to mitigate which meant tearing up the kitchen cabinet and flooring. When I contacted him again to officially represent me as expected he ghosted me then when confronted gave me excuses for why he wasn’t taking my case. I find it very irresponsible and egregious for a licensed professional to tell a homeowner to tear up their home then leave them in the dust by not helping them as promised. I would not trust this company.

4 months agoI am a Portland Property Manager and in years past dealing with insurance claims on properties has not been too terrible but in the last 3-4 years it has gotten so complex and complicated to the point I have wanted to pull my hair out. My client and I went back and forth with their insurance company for almost a year trying to get them to cover damages from a water line leak. My client hired Adam and Adam solved all issues and got my client's full payment in no time. I highly recommend hiring Oregon Pubic Adjuster for all your insurance needs.

a year agoWorking with Adam at NW Claims Management was absolutely crucial and eventually, we won a payout that was almost 3x what the insurance company wanted to payout — and that was after pulling teeth and an insurance commissioner complaint done on my own! I met with three Public Adjuster companies and not only was Adam the most experienced, I could tell I found a honest person right away — and NW Claims’ rate was the fairest/most affordable. Instead of being connected to a sales person for a larger company, you work with your PA (Adam) from day 1. Even before signing with NW Claims, Adam suggested some actions to try to resolve my claim without his services. Of course, hiring a public adjuster became essential and, as it became a need, Adam also connected me with a specialized lawyer to ensure a fair settlement. It’s been 16 months since my flood and I’m FINALLY back in my reconstructed home now because I won a fair payout by insurance thanks to Adam. I waited way too long to turn to a public adjuster, because of course, it should not be this hard to work with insurance, but unfortunately it often is. If you’re even a few weeks post-incident and you aren’t getting anywhere, HIRE NW CLAIMS MANAGEMENT. Honestly, that’s my plan for next time. I would have been back in my home 6+ months earlier (and saved thousands of $ on storage) if I hadn’t been determined to try to win a losing battle on my own. Adam is kind, realistic, supportive, and experienced as a Public Adjuster AND contractor. A breathe of fresh air in a frustrating situation.
