As the owner of a successful franchised fitness studio I needed her for everything from contracts and waivers to complex employment law help, and she even ultimately guided me through the sale of my business seamlessly and expertly. Many times Cooper has helped protect me from potential liabilities and countless times she's helped me sleep at night by making sure all of my legal bases were covered. Cooper was the third small business lawyer I used in my years as a fitness studio owner, and she stands apart so much that it's too bad she's even grouped into that category. She builds real, personal working relationships, listens, follows up with astonishing timeliness, and gets the job done. She should be in a category of her own.
