a year agoI first contacted this office in 2022. At the time I was a sole proprietor and interested in becoming an LLC. I knew nothing about the process and spoke with Mackenzie about everything. I ended up paying almost $1000 for them to do, what I know now, is not even close to the bare minimum for what I actually need. I apparently havenāt had the correct paperwork and documentation in place this entire time. I continued to pay Mackenzie every year to renew the LLC, but not once did I ever receive any documentation that they actually did it. I asked repeatedly for documents and they ignored me. I asked to speak with Mackenzie earlier this year and that never happened. The only time they ever contacted me was to ask for money, and zero follow up on if they ever did what I paid them for. Oh, and when they filed for my new EIN number in 2002, they misspelled my name. They wasted my time, definitely my money, did everything wrong, and completely ghosted me. This was such an EASY thing that they should have had no problems with, but in the end I feel completely scammed. Iām now with a new lawyer who is helping with all the docs I actually need for an actual reasonable cost. AND heās actually thoroughly communicating with me. What a concept!!

a year agoExcellent attorneys at this firm. Nothing but the best service and care I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family trust or probate attorney. My fatherās estate was upside down and this Attorney, McKenzie Hogan, turned it right side up again and thank goodness for him.
