Adam was patient in explaining each step of the process, consulting me to make sure I was comfortable with each decision and backing me up when the insurance company was being elusive (shocker). I really appreciated his help navigating a scary time and taking some of the pressure off of figuring out what I needed to do so I could focus on healing. Would definitely recommend Adam!
