a month agoEdit in response to the owner reply: First of all, debt incurred starting in August 2024 and placed in January 2025 is approximately six months old at most. Second, the message in my review is about the lack of unprompted communication. We were essentially invisible to Asset Collections unless we made noise. You could have simply told us that the debt was uncollectable and closed the case long ago. But here we are again, no communication unless we make noise. Thank you for the final update. Too bad it ended up in a public forum We will still choose to go elsewhere should we require collection services in future. In January 2025, we placed an account with Asset Collections, Inc. There was a little conversation in April 2025, and again in November 2025. When we placed the account, we were told we would receive periodic updates, but the only updates received (April and November 2025) were after we sent an inquiry about updates. Since November 2025. . . crickets. I guess our account wasn't large enough to generate any effort. If there is a next time we need collection help, we will look elsewhere.

8 months agoGreat collections agency! So easy to work with, and they actually do their job and stay on top of debtors. We've gotten debts paid from 7 years ago because ACI still reaches out and works the debts. We've never gotten any complaints from debtors, so I know their reps are always respectful as well.
