11 months agoI knew from our first communication that Wendell was extraordinary. I had sent a general inquiry email to his office and he personally responded back to me within a couple of hours. His response was prompt, personable and professional. I was impressed that he prefers to pick up the office phone as often as he can if he is available, even though he has a wonderful receptionist. He scheduled our first appointment that same week to discuss setting up a Family Trust. I appreciated his clarity in explaining the legal processes and the pros and cons between a Will and Family Trust. I valued his patience in listening attentively and responding to our questions and concerns as we decided which option was best for our situation. Given his thorough knowledge of the law, professionalism, personable and caring approach, I highly recommend him.

11 months agoWhen my mom passed away suddenly last year, I was completely lost. She didn’t have a trust and as her only child, the entire responsibility of handling her estate fell on me. Several people in my community recommended Wendell and I’m so glad they did. He and his assistant Lori made the entire probate process simple, organized, and stress-free. Every step was handled quickly and the estate was fully closed in just 10 months. Once all was said and done, Wendell took his lawyer hat off and put his dad hat on to give me some sound advice about spending my inheritance wisely which I appreciate more than he knows as somebody who lost both of her parents far too soon. There are times when the smallest gestures have the biggest impact and this was one of them. I’ll be forever grateful for Wendell’s compassion and professionalism during one of the hardest times of my life. If you need a probate lawyer, Wendell is your guy! P.S.
