a year agoThey are a joke. They don’t prosecute criminals in a timely manner. They lack compassion for the victims like myself. There staff is lazy and rude. I will remember this experience and trust me in the next election. I will do everything in my power to make sure that John Wentworth doesn’t get elected again. He clearly has no oversight of his staff and would rather let the criminals run the show.

a year agoI was given false information by the DA office. They told me my case was gone and no charges etc. very next day get a piece of mail stating I'm being charged and a court date. How is that even possible you couldn't find me in your system with my name or date of birth? So when I call back the next day with same name, date of birth, and case number you still can't find me, and Im telling you I'm staring at the mail. The. You magically find me in the system? How in the world can you not know how to do your job? Secondly I emailed a complaint and it's been 9 days now and nobody has got back to me. ZERO accountability, ZERO help, ZERO cares. So if I missed my court date because you gave me false information that's ok and nobody is going to reply to my complaint right? So incompetent and embarrassing!

3 years agoExtremely rude and condescending "Deputy DA" never received any paper work apparently I witnessed something Over 3 years ago was told they will send an officer out to get me so I can go to court and tell them what I heard? Was told it is what it is they are unwilling to take a signed statement or allow video or phone testimony. Reached back out to them the same day never got a response back. The worst part is it seems like that DDA is just trying to take advantage of a bad situation to get a notch on his belt. Just goes to show why nobody trusts the justice system. His demeanor on the phone was that of someone who doesn't care about anything but his career, and that in my opinion should not be what represents this county. But we all know the directions the entire counrtt is going this is yet another example. It makes people not want to speak up in bad situations, if you do you will be treated like a criminal and threatened with arrest or worse. If you can avoid this office do it at all cost!!!!!

4 years agoJeff nitschke is abusive towards women and lies about situations to win cases. He has to be noticed and let go it's unbelievable to be honest. He has gotten away with putting people away to benefit his self and whatever pleasures he gets out of vulnerable women. I don't recommend trusting them at all and don't expect any support from advocates or anyone in the DAs office it's worst then Multnomah. This DAs office just enjoys placing people behind bars no wonder the jails are full. Offer these people programs and resources use the money funded for help them start over. Were running out of room for the inmates that need to be behind bars. April was the second chance month petty things should be given warnings contempt of court for example really do we have to give a person 45 months that equals years for something so crazy. What is happening to our justice system in Clackamas county it's worse then Multnomah just no one is talking about it don't want the attention do you Clackamas.... Start helping your community with the funding we get. Stop hiding behind Multnomah letting them take all the heat. People are starting to notice and we will start fitting back watch I'll make sure of it this time. Year 2022 is about to change here soon

a year agoVery bad service, i called 10k time+ asking for help over a year since it happened while the crime damage my restaurant, they keep asking to wait till everything set down and they said the case closed. Wth, very bad attitute. I tried to leave voice mail and begging to give me a call back but KARI WALKER she never responsed back to me, how bad an attorney she is. Fine wait till you get something like this back from someone else.
