a month agoI have serious ethical and professional concerns regarding Kylie Cin’s representation of minors in juvenile court. Based on my family’s direct experience, I am deeply concerned about the amount of preparation, communication, and meaningful attorney-client contact provided before critical hearings where a minor’s freedom was at stake. Children facing incarceration or commitment deserve an attorney who meets with them, understands their circumstances, explains their rights and options, reviews the case thoroughly, and is prepared to advocate for them. I strongly encourage parents whose children are represented by Kylie Cin to ask questions: When did she last meet privately with your child? How much preparation occurred before court? Were alternatives investigated? Does your child understand what is happening? Juvenile proceedings can change the course of a child’s life. In my opinion, representation should never feel rushed or merely procedural when years of a young person’s freedom may be at stake. This review reflects my personal experience and observations.

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone caught up with false accusations and needing someone to honestly explain the complications of our confusing justice system. a year agoGabriel Walsh was an excellent PD for a recent case of mine. Was forthcoming & happy to explain any of my questions. Before seeing him I had a consultation with another firm & they were immediately talking about pleas even though I was adamant of my innocence. Gabe on the other hand was talking about the TRIAL & our options. I'm aware 90%+ of cases end in a plea but it was good to see him actually taking my side & listening. In the end the case was dismissed (thank God) but I felt confident in his representation.
