9 years agoNow this is an attorney I will spend my hard earned dollars to work with. She was willing to spend a few minutes on the phone w me from my 'cold call' (just found her from Google). I loved her approach in explaining the related logistics and the time I spent chatting with her allowed me to feel comfortable that this was a person I could work with. Head and shoulders above the other firms I called today who refused to even put an attorney on the line without advance payment! Not even a hello! Thank you Toni. And PS this practice of talking to a prospective client is very standard practice based on my past experience working with attorneys in my business career.
