11 years agoMy seller had taken a small 900 SF house and remodeled it into a larger beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath house. The seller didn't know what that new larger square footage was, so I called Gary, and he actually answered his phone on the second ring. My next pleasant surprise - he was available to come out the next day to do measurements and a professional sketch. My seller was anxious to get the property up and listed as soon as possible, and Gary's quick response and availability were exactly what we needed. My seller and I were very impressed when we received Gary's professional sketch. There will be zero discrepancies in the listing when it comes to square footage, and it was actually larger than what my seller anticipated. 10 years agoGary with A Quality Appraisal is a true "pro" ! His measurement service is becoming invaluable to me. It saves me so much time measuring each home as well as provides us with a very attractive floor plan that we can put on flyers and post to the RMLS. Gary is always on time for appointments, gets the measurements done and the floor plan back to me is a very short time frame. Gary has also done appraisals for my clients and I always get excellent reviews from them about Gary and his service. I recommend Gary highly and am sure any service he provides will be excellent! Gary has also been on my radio show, Real Estate Today with the Hahn Team and is a very great speaker and has excellent knowledge of all phases of appraising and valuation.

He sent his measurements back the same day! I will absolutely be using his services again! Update: I've used Gary a number of times since my first review for a number of our sellers going on the market. Each time he has been prompt, professional, easy to work with, and willing to squeeze me into his schedule. He is fantastic to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for measuring or appraising services!
