The first time I sent in a referral I waited weeks before contacting them and they said they never received the referral. I sent it again and they confirmed my children were on the list and they would contact me in 3-4 months. It has now been about 7 months and I have never heard from them. I guess it is for the best because netween these reviews wnd their lack of communication I don't see how they could be as good as they sounded.

Counselors were manipulative and kept telling me things that didn't make sense just to keep me in their "program". Basically no motivation from counselors. When I get myself motivated, counselor would tell me not to feel that way 🤨. As well as manipulating my relationship with my parner and my family members and uses children/infants to take advantage of single mothers' weaknesses. As well as using clients to give each other ideas on how to pursue life as counselors and leaderships stay seated making us read paper statements to each other. They say the place is children friendly, but none of the toilets have any diapers changing board and when asked the counselor, Angela, rudely stated that "....they don't have one and to do it on my own, I got a car...." Counselors supervisor, Dina, also makes comments stating, "I don't get paid enough for this..." Laughing after thinking it's not offensive. Also making statements like, "I was so happy once I started working again because my kids gave me migraines..." Technically telling clients that they're there just for money and not for their patients... Leading us to specific religion and culture thought for some, wasn't our beliefs. Counselor's kept asking the same questions every visits as well as putting words in our mouths. Worse of all, I get billed for the months that I attended, but didn't need to. When I was notified from counselor that it'll be covered by insurance even if it's state healthcare. Basically giving clients wrong informations, repetative, inaffective for long time recovery life style and just there for money.

These folks are manipulative, cause harm and are in this for money only. They say they're there to help and they are not. Apparently they get excitement and self ritousness calling child services on people over missing appointments that they themselves have canceled. You're doing more harm to families than good.

I want to preface this, with I would not seek care here. The only reason it is not a 1 star review is because the short time we had our two counselors (in under a year) they were knowledgeable and kind. That being said, we only saw our first counselor a few times before she moved to a different organization. It was just enough time for my daughter to become attached and then feel abandoned by the provider. It took a while for the next counselor to be able to schedule her (on the clinics end). Our daughter really liked this next provider as well, she really did wonders for my daughter in emotional regulation and our other focuses. Sadly after a few months this counselor left for another position in the company. Our daughter struggled so badly with the last transition that the counselor offered to write her a letter. Unfortunately it has been 3 months and we have not received the letter or contact for another counselor/the clinic that they are even looking to find another person for her. It really feels like they dropped the ball in communication and care for her. While we really enjoyed the counselors we have had, we will be seeking care elsewhere. My daughter and all other people seeking mental health help should have access to care with clear communications and not be tossed to the side for months at a time.

Rights, and boundaries were destroyed and the substance abuse team at wolfpack participated in a real way. These people have little idea what they are doing, and no regard for the consequences their actions have when you act inside of the lives of people without consent. Being called arrogant, and being told that I don't know who I am,all in an effort to make changes based on personal preferences are all that I got. They were a party to a strategy that involved agitating mental health issues such as PTSD in an effort to get someone to open up. They used my person, my trauma, and kindness , and I would caution anyone,Especially a man of color before entertaining the idea that the prejudice nature of oregon state has been eliminated It hasn't. It has just changed faces and included fake sympathy Angela was the name.of my.clso called councilor. And she was assisted by a bald uneducated woman who quickly made judgments and even derogatory statements IN THE MIDDLE OF A CLASS. My advice? Go somewhere where people have no desire to make changes that have nothing to do with treatment. Go somewhere where people are not comfortable telling you that you don't know who you are, just because they want you to be someone else. Go somewhere where people are focused.on treating your illness, and not focused on convincing you to stop thinking for yourself
