Scott was my second stop as my previous attorney was moving forward with a chapter 13. I appreciate Scott's attention to detail and his thorough research to help this happen. Scott is very organized and very enthusiastic about his job and knows it very well. He spends significant time with education and makes sure you understand every step in the process including prepping for your court date. They completed my bankruptcy in a very timely manner, super impressed. Appreciate John Cochrane's, Scott's Paralegal, organization as well. Super friendly and helpful during the process. 6 months agoScott Hutchinson was exceedingly easy to work with. He put up with our inability to do very much technology and helped us over the rough spots. In addition, John, his paralegal was absolutely a delight to work with. Everything was laid out clearly and concisely. It made the step-by-step process easy for me and my husband. 3 months agoMr. Hutchinson and his paralegals, John and Skyler, made the whole process from my initial consult to my 341 hearing a breeze. Scott is a very down-to-earth guy who tells it like it is. While he is firm about his boundaries and expectations in an attorney-client relationship, he completely understands that life happens and seems to genuinely care about his clients as well as his work. I'm sure that dealing with the general public is tough at times, but he hasn't let that make him cynical. I felt both listened to and respected as an individual, far beyond just the case details.
