2 months agoAmazing people. Everyone that works there is so incredibly kind and truly care about what they do. It was a scary experience having to take my kitty to an oncologist, but I immediately trusted them and knew they were going to take the best care of her. I never felt pressured and they aren’t there to judge no matter how you decide to proceed. There was no pushing extra tests just for profit or anything like that. The doctor wanted to do 5 chemo treatments on my baby, but she was only able to get through 4 due to nausea. I was really grateful because they were very careful with her and put a lot of thought into the choice not to do the extra session. They did absolutely everything they could and knew it was best for my baby if they did not push her any further. They are very detailed and patient when they explain everything to you. Cannot recommend enough.

3 months agoTrying to find the right surgeon is not easy, and stressful. I had two recommendations for Dr.Kramer and my dog told me I made the right decision. After Sunny had been given a full work over, he put his giant head on Dr. Kramer’s foot as if to say “This is the guy, Mom.” He went far and above the call of duty to help our gentle giant. His expertise and his amazing team consistently help us in the recovery phase.

4 months agoThe staff here are very attentive and gentle with pets. I am usually put in a room within 5 minutes of arriving. My Fira was diagnosed with Mast Cell Cancer, and the treatment has been very reasonable and non invasive so far. I love coming here because its such a calm environment, and you dont wait long.

3 months agoWe cannot recommend the team at OREV enough. Our dog had to undergo two TPLO surgeries 6 weeks apart — the second after she tore her other knee during her first recovery — and navigating that was emotionally and logistically overwhelming. On top of that, our pup Kona is anxious and reactive, which makes vet visits stressful for everyone. The staff at OREV were thoughtful, accommodating, and patient with her at every appointment. They checked in consistently, answered all of our questions, and made sure we always knew what to expect next. We are beyond grateful for the care they gave her and can’t wait until she’s back up and running (literally).

8 months agoOur dog had TPLO surgery at age 1, and again on her other leg at age 2 for a ruptured cruciate ligament. I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Kramer and the OREV team for giving my young dog a second chance at life! She’s now 6 years old and runs and plays just like any other dog. She joins us backpacking, hiking, and running — it’s hard to believe she ever had surgery… check out the photo I added of her backpacking with us and absolutely thriving post surgery! We were also very nervous dog parents, and the team was so compassionate and patient in answering all our questions throughout the recovery process. With that said, I want to leave a huge, belated thank you for the wonderful care they provided. I truly can't recommend them enough- if your pet needs surgery, you and your pet will be in the best hands possible with Dr. Kramer and the OREV team. Thank you again.
