Even before the process began, he was extremely accommodating; I had a few specific areas of concern I wanted him to look at, and he proactively offered to spend extra time investigating those spots to put my mind at ease. Throughout the job, his professionalism, deep knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail were top-notch. His communication was excellent—he had a fantastic response time and did a great job of keeping me updated while the inspection was in progress. Once the reports were ready, he answered all of my follow-up questions in great detail to make sure I fully understood everything. As first-time homebuyers, we also really appreciated that he included a pamphlet on home care. It was a thoughtful touch that goes above and beyond a standard inspection. I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a thorough, communicative, and truly helpful inspector!
