a year agoNOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!! Citizens should have access to a federally funded library especially one that is a LAW library!! Defund this or make it open to the public!! I shouldn't need a law dagree a student to access a LAW library!!!! Man ar the front desk is very rude, wouldnt listen to me over the fact MAPS lead me to THIS library after putting in PUBLIC LIBRARY into MAPS. Anyways for those who can access it Ive provide photos because apparently they wont give you directions if your lost and its an unmarked library! The entrance is by the melting pot stairs, there are 2 big glass double doors. Its a gaint lobby on the 2nd floor. Take the elevator down to the 1st and its across from the melting pot! Be weary if your a citizen looking for information on law or a student needing a study space they will turn you away!

11 months agoGoogle and ChatGPT told me this Law Library is open for pubic. So I tried to study there. It’s not easy to find. At last, I was told by the stuff I was not allowed to use that place unless I am from an attorney. I feel confused about that? Who can tell me the truth?

3 years ago(BAR)-(British Accredited Registry)Called during the pandemic was Denied access to the law library was told because I'm not part of the Bar association. I'm not allowed to enter this this is a false narrative. It is a government Funded public building meaning. You receive taxpayer money to fund this facility. It is open to the public shall remain open to the public and do not deny access to the public.. Also when the male answered the phone he said that it was not open to the public. Then the female that wasn't on the phone had to correct him from the background and said it was open to the public. Then the male responded well if you could navigate yourself through the law library indicating that an individual lacks the intellectual abilities to properly educate themselves. No bar license is required to read a law book. Or access Law Library just trying to keep the general public stupid
