4 months agoThis place will rob you of your hard earned money . They have me paying $240 for liability. I just went and got a quote from a different insurance...... they are offering me full coverage for $80 . We should not be allowing companies to rob us the way progressive robbed me . It should be illegal what they did . I highly recommend you do more shopping and do not use this company

4 months agoBeware Progressive (Beaverton)!! I was hit by one of their insured who blew through a stop sign and destroyed the front end of my car! It took me 2 weeks to get an adjuster to call me back. The next call from him suggested that the party who had hit my car might not have sufficient insurance to cover the damage. Finally, with the help of a lawyer, we were able to get them to be serious about getting me the money I was due. But still they tried to stiff me by not informing me that it would cost me over $600 if I retained title of the car. We learned that only after they sent final offer.

6 months agoWe made the switch to Progressive based on their competitive rates. After just six months, with zero tickets, accidents, or claims, our policy renewal is 21% higher. When I inquired they gave me some nonsense canned answer about "rates going up in my area." Stay away from this company and their shameful, misleading business practices. Based on this, I can only imagine they would be terrible if we ever had to file a claim. I would give less that one star if possible.

3 months agoI will never use Progressive they charge you for a car that is broken down and does not refund you even with proof of having a different insurance coverage 2 months ago. Geico is a lot more understanding and actually cares about there customers #geico #NoProgressive

7 months agoI had a water pipe burst in my backyard. I had signed up for the underwater piping two months before this episode because my sister suggested I should as her pipes froze and as soon as she mentioned that to me, I decided to add it onto my policy when I added an onto my policy, I was not told that there is a 90 day waiting period from the time you sign up and I had spoken to two agents and neither one of them mentioned that and when I got to the paperwork, it also did not say that it just listed the date that I added the policy. The agent kept apologizing for the fact that I was not told this And I told her if your apology Ment anything I would be thrilled. I told her I was going to be looking for another agent to do my homeowners And Auto coverage. I am now reading they don’t have very good reviews in reference to homeowners insurance So I will be looking for another company
