a year agoPublic Storage claim where rats ate through my work boots, vest and other equipment and tools including other personal items and the adjuster is ignoring my calls. Very unprofessional and indemnification seems hopeless. They've been collecting my monthly payments without a hitch but are being slow to respond to my claim and are not returning my calls.

a year agoI am a nurse. I love my job. Five years ago I was assisting a 400 pound patient to the sitting position and something in my neck popped. My Right arm immediately started burning and by the end of the day it was completely dead. I had to have surgical fusion of C6 and C7. Five years later and Sedgwick is still denying my claim. Aren’t they supposed to support injured workers. I became clinically depressed, started drinking heavily and my nursing career is in the toilet. I am 63 and not about to start a different profession. I can’t type for more than 20 minutes as my right hand goes numb. Sedgwick sucks, period. Screw over hard working people so the executives can make huge salaries. Just going to get worse under Trump.

a year agoI'm having the same experience that everyone else is reporting - they never answer their phones, and never call back when I leave a message. It's been six weeks since damage was done to my property by a company that has Sedgwick as their claims manager, and I've gotten absolutely nowhere. This is clearly a scummy fly-by-night company that should not be allowed to stay in business.

a year agoAlright you guys everyday I don’t have a solution for my BRAND NEW 2024 car that got hit by YOUR worker while it was parked I’ll be calling and bugging. This has been on going for two weeks now and I’m still out a car. Every time I call every single person has been bitter to me other than a male individual who actually told me what I needed to do! It is not MY FAULT the company never gave me a claim number and instead just told me to call you guys with nothing. They will just hang up on you if they’re unpleased. I will be following up with a lawyer if things are not taken care of like I see fit. As an insurance company you should show pride and be helpful. I don’t know what is going on at that office, but let me tell you, mostly BAD EGGS!!

2 years agoEDIT/UPDATE: I got injured in May. Its taken SIX MONTHS to approve my MRI. But because the MRI clinic couldn't get a hold of Sedgwick or my claims rep, they canceled my MRI. I called the number on Google and got a voice message. They said if I wanted an urgent response to press 0. That took me to a line that wasn't working. So I came to the address listed on Google to talk to them and it turns out they are no longer at this location. I legitimately feel like this company doesn't exist. I've had to do so much legwork just to get my basic needs met. Shame on any company who hires Sedgwick to "take care of" their employees. These people do not care. ORIGINAL REVIEW Does my claims rep even exist? No call backs. Doesn't return messages in the app. It's been almost two months since my accident and I'm still out two weeks pay. Haven't seen a check yet. Believe these awful reviews. They're literally the worst.
