Here’s what stood out most: - He was truly passionate about homes and genuinely enjoyed touring properties with us. - He was knowledgeable about the market, had a good sense of pricing and sell-side strategies, and knew how to put together the right offer in different circumstances. - He was patient. - He was responsive. We were not in the city, but when we were interested in a home, we texted him and he would check out a home for us on short notice. - He helped recommending inspectors, contractors, landscapers, etc… after the purchase was complete and the classic buyer agent duties would have otherwise concluded. Eldridge was simply delightful to be around and spend time with throughout the process.

11 months agoEldridge is the best in the business. I knew Eldridge before moving abroad. We decided to sell and approached him with a pretty tight deadline to close on the sale of our house. Within days he had it staged, cleaned, yard prepped etc etc. Sold with in timeline and with zero hiccups. Knows his stuff, follows through super open, honest and trustworthy throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
