They were easy to communicate with throughout the process, responding to any questions, arranging showings, and following up with the seller's agent quickly and efficiently. Before we arrived in the area, they promptly arranged to take helpful videos of homes we were considering and offered their insights so we could take quick action. Their knowledge and experience was apparent throughout the process as they guided us on next steps, reasonable expectations, important questions, and fair asks to make of the seller. We closed on a wonderful home in three weeks. Would strongly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

6 months agoI highly recommend House Love PDX. Working with Erika and Amy was super easy and efficient. We moved out of state before our house was ready to sell. No detail or problem was too big or small for them to work on and fix. Our house went on the market and we had offers immediately. We sold and closed in three weeks! The communication was excellent throughout the process. Very happy with our decision to use them as our agents.

2 months agoWe highly recommend Erica & Amy. They were wonderful & great to work with. We had a complicated situation and they were so supportive & knowledgeable. Amy videotaped homes for us to preview which was very helpful and she found us exactly what we were looking for! Amy & Erica were available for us 24/7! When we moved in (from out of town) Amy left us a care package and came over after a few weeks later with another gift! They are a great team and we loved working with them! Highly recommend them!

a year agoWe recently bought and sold a house with Kari and Erika and really felt at ease with them throughout the buying and selling process. We sold our previous house with them, so we are return customers. They gave us great advice about marketing and timing, prep and house colors which helped us get over asking price on our 2 previous homes. They recommended great and affordable contractors for roofing, exterior painting, colorist for exterior paint colors which helped us get 3 offers 1 day after our first public showing. They work great together (filling in for each other's busy schedule) and always have each other's back and the client's too. They are a cousins which explains why they work so well together and they will treat you like family too!
